How to Make 3D Text
Step 1
Open Photoshop. Make a new document (File -> New ).
Create the text you like using Type tool. Right click the layer, and select Rasterize Type (or go to Layer -> Rasterize -> Type).

Step 2
Go to Edit -> Transform -> Perspective (or Ctrl+T). Drag anchor points until you get perspective you want. Press Enter to apply the effect.
Step 3
With your type layer selected, hold Ctrl+Alt and press the up arrow key several times until you get the desired thickness.
Step 4
Now, decorate the top text layer if you like (exp. Filter -> Render -> Lightning Effects).
Select the Eye next to your Background layer to hide it, then go to Layer -> Merge Visible (or Shift+Ctrl+E).

Step 5
Add Drop Shadow (Layer -> Layer Style -> Drop Shadow) and your 3D text is finished.
